(OOC: Pointless note, if this was a my little pony role-play on the streets of Ponyville I would have my char appraoch Valarius, ask what wrong, be very nice and concerned and maybe hug him but since this GOSS and they are in a very professional environment hugs most likely would not happen and my char might not be so quick to go comfort him in the middle the meeting. Not cuase they are mean just cuase it might be slighty awakward to do that kind of stuff in this environment.)

Hearing two nations asking for land is enough to make Kiki think about asking for land but since he is just a measly representative he is going to need to have a discussion with the others before requesting land.

When Kiki notices Valarius's visible discomfort he looks at him for a little over three seconds and for a little longer then that wonder why Valarius is uncomfortable. Then he goes back to taking notes on the meeting.
