To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Update on the People I Like
Note for Christoph: Acknowledge you'll sound stupid if you talk about your significant other too much.
Acknowledged (also fuck my alter ego), after the awkwardness that was yesterday I'm incredibly happy with the people I've chosen to be around. It feels good to have friends again. I've also learned girls can be backstabbing bitches (if you really want to know ask below) and should not ever be trusted. Basically I have three solid friends. One being the ginger I admire and two others I enjoy being around. And I'm in a good mood for once!! I don't know maybe being socially deprived for half a year has taken it's toll on me. Yay for friendship and learning.

Alright story time begins. I was thinking of entering a talent show in our school for singing. I used to take lessons and I consider myself quite good based on the feedback I get. I decided to enter with a couple of girls I thought where my friends, but I fell to a migraine the day we were to rehearse. I completely forgot about it the next day as we went on a field trip to a museum. Believe it or not the day we were to perform in front of the class they give the news they'd basically ditched me based on rumors they heard. They had plenty of time to tell me the song they chose, clarify on rumors, ect. and they didn't. I'll enter next year, but my trust with these people I thought were friends has been broken.
Now onto the person I'm rather fond of. We became friends maybe a month or two ago and I really enjoy his company and we share many interests and beliefs. I got to spend a lot of time with him and my other friends on the field trip. Good times if it weren't for all the assignments I have due soon
