Oddly enough it's not blocked at mine. While most Forums are blocked this one isn't...well not yet. Another forum is my Region's forum(Nation States stuff). Did I mention that the school has the ISP block the sites. Although TOR/The Pirate Browser can help with that.

I was able to access the forum at school, but in a much different way. I did it with the 4G internet on my cell phone. Was too paranoid to post anything or even log in.

Never tried accessing this site from my high school computers. The school pretty much saved all the passwords entered when using the computers.

May bypass a software keylogger, depending on what hooks the keylogger places. I guess there's no real way to know, unless you do it on a test account somewhere and wait to see if it gets compromised. Probably the only surely secure way is to boot from a live CD or USB drive and tunnel all your traffic. And check for hardware keyloggers, but I've never actually found one. XD

Or you could boot to Safe Mode with Networking, then run Process Explorer to double-check whether any keylogger/VNC server/whatever is running.

Testing would be difficult though, because they never really accessed it as soon as they got the information(because of the student grapevine, a single compromised account would send alarms throughout the entire student body, who would all avoid using their passwords. Technically that's what did happen when it was realized the school was accessing facebook accounts of students)

Course the younger kids, who were excessive tech users but totally oblivious to the technical aspects of tech, continued foolishly using their passwords.

I don't think the on-screen keyboard would help. I believe the school's keylogger pretty much logged any characters being input, whether from a physical keyboard or virtual one.

I mean. What. The. Hell? Cult, I could understand that a bit, but porn, sex, terrorism, hosting illegal content, and a hate group? There is only one thing I know it hates, and that's sKKKool. And Autism SpeaKKKs. And various other asshole orgies.

And devil worshipping? Yeah, because the first thing you see on the site is the phrase "hail satan!". But, I found an exploit, with a little help from my friends, as the song goes, and hacked into the system. Basically, I unblocked EVERYTHING. But, of course, the patch was cleared. Shit.

But hey, watching a couple porno flicks on a hijacked account my friends got and looking at goatse ws fun while it lasted.

My school blocks it as a forum. Because it is a web forum. I personally believe that all websites should be allowed in schools, except for pornographic websites.

Anyway I will go through those reasons and why they are BS/make sense:

porn- There is no porn on this site I have ever seen. I think there is even a rule that says "no pornography" on SS. wtf school

cult- No, these are people who hate school and want to change it. SS does not try to bait in new members like a cult. However, from a conformist's POV, it is a cult. 2 of my best friends think SS is a cult and often call it "retarded". They are both conformists. They have only seen a few posts from this site (and one of the stories on the site). So, they haven't even seen much of the site yet call it "retarded" and "demoralizing". They say SS's intentions are "demoralizing". I'm like "wtf people".

religious- Yes, there are mentions of God on this website. And atheism. That does not mean that this site is religious. Because the word "god" is used on a website does not mean it is 100% religious. wtf school

hate group- We hate school. At least most of us. SS is not a hate group, as we do not want to go around bombing schools.

terrorist sponsoring- How the fuck are we sponsoring terrorists? We aren't, we are people who question the fundamentals of the school system and want to change it. And we support sites that are vying to attempt a similar goal. So, yeah... we have never sponsored terrorists on School Survival, we currently do not, and hopefully never will sponsor terrorists.

terrorist site- No, we are not terrorists on School Survival. We do not want to shoot up schools and create the next Sandy Hook or Columbine. Or bomb schools. We want to change school, which does not mean we are a collection of terrorists.

obscene language- Okay, this one I agree with. There is some obscene language on SS (hell, there is some obscene language in this post).

illegal content hosting- Okay, it is illegal to skip school and there are threads dedicated to skipping school. So, I guess there is illegal content by terms of on how to skip school.

torrenting/videos/streaming- There is very little to no tormenting by members on each other (and I have seen none, however I assume there is some). Yes, there are videos. Yes, there is streaming. So?

devil worshipping- How the fuck are we worshipping Satan? Most of us do not worship Satan, and there are several atheists on here (such as myself). I can guess there are plenty of nonreligious people on SS and some Christians. Though I bet there is at least ONE satanist on this forum (that have ever been on this forum).

I managed to bypass the lock on the BIOS of one of the Windows XP computers in the school's library and installed Lubuntu Linux. The thing instantly become a thousand times faster, not just because Linux is more efficient but because the school's control software hogged all of the system resources. Plus it circumvented the Internet filter as well.
