What do people think of gamer (I hate that word goddamn) entitlement? For those who live under a rock gamer entitlement is the idea that originated after mass effect 3 came out and people were dissapointed with the ending, leading to people throwing words around as everyone got their collective panties in a twist.

Personally I think the whole GIBE NEW ENDING PLEASE for Mass Effect is kinda silly, it would have been better to just let it die and remain as a warning that EA is fucking terrible and destroys everything it touches, but calling people who demand quality vidya "entitled" is bad. It sets a dangerous precedent in which people can get away with releasing poor quality games and then their fan defence force will say OMG STOP BEING SO ENTITLED CRYBABIES OMFQ

With todays 60+ price tag I want to get my god dam moneys worth if I am going to buy a hard or digital copy, day one DLC is bullshit. There should be a complete game in a disc that explains everything, and anything extra are side missions that the creators though "shit this is really fun" or mini games that aren't related to the story at all. You don't buy a god dam cheeseburger and then pay extra to get the top bun.

Gamer entitlement has been around longer than that newfag baron and it happened right around the decline of video games which alot of gamers can't really directly pinpoint(some say halo was the start of the decline of shooters and action rpgs with shitty storylines was the start of death for rpgs while some say it was the main streaming of consoles).

Biotards are fools but I'll admit some cases of entitlement issues gamers have isn't that outrageous. Hell the new consoles are getting drm built in that prevents used games from being played on them because people are wising up to the shit game developers keep churning out and just buying the games used which developers get no money for.

So next generation consoles= death of consoles?
