To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Graduation's coming up soon -_-

8th grade will finally be over...
My twin sister is going to wear dress pants some shirt blouse thing
I feel bad for her because most girls torment her about it, repeatedly asking why she "won't just wear something nice for once".
I'm sure every other single girl is going to be wearing either a slutty 'dress' or some sickening frilly thing. ._."
She wanted to wear an ice cream cone costume (that would be so awesome), but my parents wouldn't let her because it would be like "giving the finger to the school" which made her want to do it even more. xD
I remember in grade 6, some girl wore a box that she painted red and blue.
She was awesome. =p
OH HEY
The ceremony and "boat cruise" (which I am NOT going on) are on my birthday. x_x

i have eighth grade graduation tomorrow. i have to wear white. i dont have any white clothes.
then after graduation theres a prom. i hate proms so much.

I had mine at the end of 8th grade because I knew I wasn't having a High School one! (Didn't tell everyone that obviously)

mine is may 23 only a week i'm going to wear this t-shirt i have that has homer simpson on it playing guitar,and some black jeans.

I remember my eighth grade graduation. I had no clue what it was about.


First off, when the teachers were talking about it, and we practiced it, I figured it was so we knew what the seniors were doing for graduation or something. My aunt was mad when she found out I had a 'graduation' and didn't tell her about it. I was convinced we weren't having a graduation ceremony because we were only in 8th grade, we weren't getting out of school, and we weren't going to a different school. What was the point?
