Doesn't apply so much to people online. I don't mind that much if people post shit that I might find annoying, because hey, if I don't like it, I can leave. Shit gets a bit more complex in real life because people seem to expect you to sympathize with them and tell them what they want to hear. And then when you don't they become more annoying. And you can't always leave because you just might happen to be in the same area as them. Or you don't want to have to leave an area just because someone's being annoying.

No, no, it's sheer willpower that keeps me alive... and even I'm starting to slip. I just want to know how to fix myself so I don't have to drag myself away from death's door every time I struggle to get out of bed. So I can spend that willpower doing something to benefit humankind.

I'm personally in a place of crippling self doubt abd self depreciation.
Just remember to invest in yourself. Always learn, and learn something that propels yourself foreward. Look at the person you want to be, and then think about what you can do right now to be a bit closer to that.

Why worry about personal goals when you can become a Global Citizen and help end poverty? All you have to do is listen to these celebrities who promise you that they want to make a difference. But of course, they can't do it alone, they only have a modest 4-5 houses and even less private jets... they need the help of the average people.
