To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

It's over.

I left school, officially, on Wednesday. I mean, I still have to go in for informal revision and exams, but other than that, I never have to go again.

I made it.

Today is mah last day.

It kind of feels weird. I've been waiting for this day ever since I went to school... and now its finally here. It takes awhile to comprehend: NO MORE SCHOOL. It still feels like I'll just be getting up week for school, but I won't... I've been grinded so far into a daily routine I don't know anything else.

Damn it all, I have another month (also standardized testing this week and next), 2 more years and then college. Oh, and they're shortening our breaks for 11th and 12th, to improve test scores, supposedly, and "prepare people for college" or some shit. My school's becoming shit.

I still have another year and a bit left.
It feels like the closer I get to leaving the worse it feels having to go there. Especially now they are laying on all the pressure about how you have to study 6 hours a night otherwise you'll fail at life.

Congratulations to everybody who is out of it, my condolences to everybody still stuck there.

Grats! I still have the first semester of next year to go, then I'll be dropping out. To finally be done with school forever will be a huge relief, hopefully I won't be so damn exhausted and pissed off all of the time.

It's really exciting that you're done, though. Finally out of hell.

June 9th is my "last day", June 10th is my offical last day since I am not going on the activity day bullshit.

not going to my graduation ceremony on the 13th, not going to waste my fucking time with these cock suckers any more. I should have my CP( i feel like I am on 4chan every time I here that) done on the 24th of may and just need some community service hours to finish my portfolio.

whats up with the graduation requirements? Pass the Writing, reading and math WASL(Washington accessment of Student learning) have 21 credits( 4 years of english, Social studies, 2 years of P.E., 3/4 years of math(depending if you passed math WASL or not) 2 classes of art, and you need to have 5 or more class periods a day, unless you have a work release/running start.) complete 80% of your portfolio, and pass your CP interview.
