To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Generally pissed off.

Today, was the penultimate last day of this year. We had a supply teacher first lesson I walked in with my mates and said
Me: "Oh we have Mr.X
Mr X:*Shouting*Get outside now.
<After about 10 minutes>
Mr.X: Do you know why I sent you out?
Me: No.
Mr.X: Don't lie boy you do.
Me: Ok sir, not trying to be cheeky but I genuinely have no idea why.
Mr.X: You said "We have Mr.X"
Me: And...
Mr.X: I find that offensive
Me: t wasn't meant as 'offensive'.
Mr.X: Well what have you learnt.
Me: Nothing, you want to know what.You should learn to stop listening to my conversations and then you would be offended by me saying "Oh we have Mr.x" Your pathetic.


As a result I got sent to the isolation room all day which you sit in a blank room on your own doing pre-set work - naff.

(Mr.X Not real name obviously).

My point in this was, is a teacher allowed to sent me to an isolation room for 4hours for nothing. - Normally people get sent there for fighting etc.
I used to be "The circus" as I forgot my login, but then hey-ho I remembered it.

Since he didn't send you to isolation until after you called him "pathetic", you probably have no case there. However, if going outside the classroom would also have meant outside the building, you could probably manage an endangerment charge.

Isolation room??? Like solitary confinement? Just more proof schools are very similar to jails.

He probably got upset over you calling him pathetic, but from what I'm getting, he was acting pathetic.

In my school ISS is in a classroom with a bunch of other kids, kind of like all day detention. Either way both are used to entrap you, and in this case, punish someone when they did nothing wrong.

ISS is an isolation room. they give it a fancy name to make it seem better than it really is. that said, ISS is the most worthless and useless thing ever. "you did something bad so we will... BORE YOU!!!! MUAHAHAHA!!!" what a joke.

yeah your teacher is pathetic. I just laugh when teachers get angry at me. "WIPE THAT SMIRK OFF YOUR FACE!" and i just laugh, and walk away. It will drives them insane. in your ISS, just entertain yourself laughing at the teacher, or pace in circles and stuff. if they yell at you, they will just threaten you with more ISS. fuck them, you have the power to prove that they cant break you. in ISS dont let them torture you... torture them. they are stuck in the room to.

Our ISS is a large room with like smaller rooms inside with a door and that on the rooms inside are old big enough for a table and chair so nobody else is in. I just put my Ipod on though so it wasn't that bad.

They are all in like a corridor/big room and to get outside there is one door and yeah the teachers 'lurk' there. Broken up now anyway. Biggrin
