We have a complete idiot as our chemistry teacher???

Hi all...

No, I'm not exaggerating. He is a complete idiot. He teaches horribly and don't believe me if you like, but He is 30 and this is his first year of teaching!!!

Aside from his horrible teaching, he loves to wander in class when he's not teaching, and ridicule other students or make very stupid jokes or the most horrible one - giving everyone a slap on the neck!!! For example he calls me "The Man In A Coma"!!

Sometimes he tells the class's bully to give someone a neck slap - and he does really painful ones - because of no reason, or stupid reasons like the poor student yawned in his horrible class, and he smiles while he does that. I think he has some mental problem.

All students hate him. We have complained to our counselor, and all he did was giving him a stupid warning and that's no use.

Sorry for bad english... I wrote this in a hurry.
*Anybody has an idea about what can I do about this idiot? I'm a 12th grade student(last year).

I would say keep talking to the counselor then the principal, then if none of those work call the non-emergency number for the police. Don't do 911, as the situation is not I-need-you-here-quick-or-someone-is-going-to-die urgent.

That would be great but the police in my city are very corrupt and calling them just because a teacher is acting up is like a joke over here.

Anyway, he doesn't mean to be physically abusive when he does neck slaps... You know, like how some friends give each other a kick in the arse as a joke?

All I say is this is not professional behaviour and he should act like a normal teacher, not a retard. NO TEAHCER hits his students for fun. NO TEACHER ridicules and puts names on students in his class.

I would agree with you on the part of it not being professional behavior. Teachers should encourage their students to learn, not treat them like trash. Treating them like trash will only discourage them.
