So I haven't been here since October, largely because my mom has been trying to crack down hard on my internet/social media usage.
She put parental controls on my computer (when I was at school) that blocked almost all of the forums I use, including this one in October just because she learned that I use swear words on the internet. I only recently got my ability to access a few forums after my little brother reset my computer. (I won't be surprised if this thread gets blocked cause of the parental controls remaining on my computer.)

And during the second half of February, I got a 79 in my Spanish II class and I got 80s/90s in my other classes. My mom ended up grounding me from everything (she put restrictions on my smartphone where I can't use any app that was downloaded on the app store, so there goes most of my social life)* until I get my Spanish II grade to be at least an 82.
*yes I'm one of those faggots that more friends on the internet than irl.

I also discovered Rage Against the Machine and I have been listening to them a lot recently, and I'm trying to learn how to play the guitar because of Tom Morello. And after learning about many of the government CIA projects done during the Cold War, (Operation NorthWoods, MKUltra, etc.) I made the jump from being a Paleocon to a full-blown Libertarian, and I have been getting some serious anarchist tendencies for the past few weeks.

And I got into a full blown feud with my little brother. He is a hipster, a neocon, a brony, (and he hates furries as well, which is kinda funny), and he has an extremely condescending attitude towards the other members of the family. (He considers me to be a retarded furry hick and that he thinks he's better than me at everything).

But hey, at least I got myself a Serbian made AK, battlefield 4, and Fallout 4 for christmas.

The more you think about it the more I believe the fact that a Libertarian society is based on private property and money, the more you'll feel inclined to abandon Libertarianism for full blown anarchism. Why should one person be able to say they have dominion of part of the earth just because he has a piece of paper that says the government recognizes him as the rightful owner? Why should a person with paper with numbers on it called money that only has value because the government has brainwashed people to accept it as valuable have more power and comfort than people who don't have these coveted pieces of paper (or computer pixels... you know...)

I don't recognize someone as the rightful owner of huge pieces of property just because the government backs their claim. Hell, I don't recognize the government's right to govern. I too flirted with Libertarianism but the more I read and the more I thought about it the more I realized my real core beliefs boil down to anarchism.

I still consider myself a Libertarian at this point, though honestly I wouldn't call myself a "pure" libertarian. I hate how asswipes have turned "liberalism", "conservatism", "feminism", etc into cusswords. I'm considering just having my own ideology and saying fuck it. But Libertarianism is still pretty much my ideology's closest equivalent.

I've just been busy with college. Looks like we both left this site at the same time; personally it took time to adjust to Facebook as the modus of operation.

I'm... I dunno. Nothing-in-particular-ist. No idea if there's a word for it. I don't mind the idea of people being able to own property. I don't want anything remotely like a government to exist though. Way too much more harm than good comes of it. On the other hand, some people really, really are assholes and there needs to be some way to protect people from them. The government is ... well... probably a bigger asshole than all of them combined anyway, so it's not like they're doing any good.

I don't understand this whole "property is theft" thing. I like my privacy and don't want to have to share a space/home/whatever with random strangers.

I support just private property. It's not like I think anyone who wants to should be able to come into your place and sleep on your couch or eat your food or whatever. What I believe is that a person should have to have a real connection to something in order for it to be respected as theirs. To me, if a family lives in a house they own it. I respect their right to that space. If Donald Trump buys an apartment complex in Brooklyn and triples the rent on the tenants without ever even visiting the place I don't respect that as ownership that should be honored. In fact, I say the tenants still own it.

In reality, I know this wouldn't go smoothly but the way the world is organized now is so stupid I'm ready to make the shift.

He is a rather big douchebag.
What I find funny is that most of his political beliefs are neoconish (except for guns, he leans a bit more to the liberal side about guns) but he wants to move out of "the hick town we live in" (Abilene, Texas) and move to a city that has more hipsters like Austin, Houston, New York, and Los Angeles.
And he fails to realize that those cities would reject him for his political beliefs.
