To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Bug Rant how i hate college so much

My rights as student has been violated since I went to that university what happens is that they use favoritism to give others who are not the people to be privileges to have a higher grade I have a lot of post about they put a grade and didn’t bothered to act the meeting with the dean was a disaster he didn’t react very much he find him guilty (this is from my last post)
Now the same happens with another subject where the prof has said that he is not going to send me a grade because the criteria are not met and then I said is he crazy I don’t know any more what to do
It talks to another colleague of mine when I told him my story he was shocked to believe that this happened and he can only say sorry that happened to me we talked a lot about the professors which I should watch out who to trust it is obvious and he told me that this was an experiment program (and i agree with this statement every time they publish the scheduled the say this class will not be for you) from all these cases that something is wrong here from all of these things I feel disgusted every time I have to take some exams when i write my answer but not according to the book with my own words. and right now my life is going from bad to worse who knows what is going to happened next it looks like that I am trying but failing for no reason even the process of education is so gone dummier and dummier my rant is when you cannot take it lightly that some things are going to be good in education I heard a lot of stories here on the forums where no one is allowed to be educated but more like tested the testing does not fix something called the education system I am really thinking about dropping out but I don’t really know what next to do every story here that is posted I am sad because no one is guilty on what they did education is no more now is more commercialization education system is now more not functioning whole thing is messed up


Recently there was a news story that was in another language that says that my university does not have money enough to sustain to function and to give salary to the professors but they denied such thing or lying
