To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

My name is BuzzRando, and I am joining the Forum
Hello everyone.
My name is BuzzRando. I have Autism, which causes problems for me in school. I have trouble getting along with others, because I look at the world in a different way. I originally joined the IRC chat with the name "IAmANiceGuy," but I decided to use the name BuzzRando, since that is the name on my email address. So now I have the username BuzzRando, which I am using.
When I joined the IRC, someone named XCriteria started talking to me, but then he either left or started to ignore me. People ignore me when I talk a lot in real life too, because they find me boring.
I have two main hobbies: I like to arrange matchsticks in circles, squares, diamonds, and other two dimensional shapes, and I like to arrange tic-tacs in circles, squares, and other two dimensional shapes.
When I arrange them in shapes, I feel very good. I like to do it.
I am here, and I am here to discuss things, because my therapist says I need to socialize. Here I am.

I once watched anime, but I got severe anxiety and I had to stop.
I found the IRC by searching "School," because I wanted something related to school, and "Survival," because I wanted something related to survival in school. As a result, I found the webchat in the side.

My therapist knows that I chat on the internet, but she does not know the specific place. They suggest I leave my room but I don't like leaving my room.
I have used Buckyballs for spherical geometry but it was so beautiful that I peed my pants due to being four dimensions but I peed my pants and my mom took it away :(
