RE: Eating healthy on a budget

People generally say not posdible because of:
a)junk food is always cheaper
b)people dont want put effort in healthy eating(which I believe requires a bit more time to prepare)
c)dont know what healthy even means(Im blessed to have taken food science in school for 2 years, thus able to ignore any sort of stupid food beliefs people seem to espouse. Seriously, go learn what carbs proteins and lipids are before giving me eating advice..and please learn the simplest formula in the world:if calories lost>calories gained, then body fat will slowly decrease though muscle loss may represent weight loss as well. Muscle gain will also increase your weight.)
