To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Encrypted as fuck.
Encrypted my home folder directory on Ubuntu, got another encryption program for extra secret shit, so thats duel encryption right thar. Got me some GnuPG email encryption going with an plugin for claws mail client. Sort of a lot of work, but now the government or whoever may be out to get me can't read my not-so-important-shit and porn I have. The good thing about Claws Mail Client is that it comes with a encryption ready setup for windows to, so some of my friends can get it if they want to send not-so-secret-shit around acting like it's important.
Shit I used:
1.) GPA or GNU Privacy Assistant to generate a key.
2.) Claws Mail with add-ons for encryption and shit.
3.) Ubuntu installation home directory encryption.
4.) CryptKeeper - A program for really easily creating encrypted partitions.
On the to do list for encryption:
Got an external hard drive, might encrypt that so I can back up my shit on it, but I'll have to copy everything over to a different external to encrypt it before I move it back on. Kind of annoying, and would be an hours wait while all of the files got done copying over before I could encrypt it, then another 2hours copying it back over to be encrypted.
I wonder if anything I just wrote makes any sense. It's fucking 6:00 am and I haven't slept in a long ass time.

I think you can never be too cyber-paranoid especially if you do anything slightly illegal. I think it's good to have encryption methods handy in case you really need it asap, and you should probably keep good habits too like deleting your cookies when you don't need them. I remember my passwords instead saving/writing them down.

I use TrueCrypt for all my encryption. Works on Windoze and Linux.

Ya, that's what I'm planning on using for my external hard drive. From what I hear, it's pretty fuckin good.
