7AM, but others here might even have it worse.

There's a lot of stress going on. You're rushing everything. No time to have a nice breakfast, no, you need to make it on school on time sunny Jim! Usually by the time you're done, you only have say 10-20 minutes to get to school, and that's not counting the distance and traffic time, and those goddamn red lights! You may not find waking up and going to school a pain in the ass, but many others beg to differ.

Also, the school schedule is a prime example on the factory model that school is based on. Get up at a certain time, do this, don't be late, repeat the cycle for the first 12 years of your life. It gets to you, you know. Plus, it's not my fucking fault I'm more of a night person and that sometimes I stay up late.

Somebody needs to study how taxes work. The US uses as progressive tax system. Someone with a shitty job will either pay little taxes or no taxes(if they can't, such as those below the poverty line).

There are also various social services provided to those with financial difficulties.

Thus a person with a "shitty job" earning minimum wage can live a somewhat comfortable life if they handle their finances properly, avoiding splurging, avoid excessive usage of credit, and spend time shopping around for discounts.
