"Open conflict in Capitalistian is drawing to a close as teddy bears rain from the sky. This odd measure by the central government has confused people enough to get them to realize they don't have a good reason to fight one another. Violence in the streets is down by 90%, and the use of guns has decreased by 95%.

Mr. Adams calls this "the best bad idea Mr. Lennon has ever had". Mr. Lennon could not be reached for comment.

However, the civil war is not yet over; the leaders of FASH are allegedly holding a secret meeting on a secret date. Rumor has it that they will unleash a new weapon that will cause conflict to spark once more. Who could possibly stop them?"

(Meanwhile, Mr. Lennon dons Winters' apparel and prepares to meet once more with the terrorists...)

I'm back from the secret meeting! Turns out, it was ASAP. Good news: They're no longer focusing on Capitalistian. In fact, they're currently trying to stop the civil war and cleaning up their tracks.

But, the bad outweighs the good by a lot. Turns out, FASH has infiltrated every country in the world, with informants within the government. People like Mr. Higgens are everywhere. Maybe Mr. Jim was not crazy, but was working for them.

Also, Mr. Winters apparently scanned SB-129 and gave the genetic code to them in order to become a full member. They're going to use that to make SB-130, a new strand that can be easily manipulated to target people with certain genes. They should be able to weaponize it by Christmas.

The worst news is that they have a new target. Fantasia. Specifically, they want Los Santos to secede, and then use Los Santos to test the targeting abilities of SB-130 on the toon population. -Mr. Lennon

Isn't that sweet? He still has long running delusions. Soon, his mental capabilities will no longer be able to support those. Who knows? Maybe his mind will become completely disconnected from his senses, and he'll live in a hallucination for the rest of his life. That's when the disease takes over, and the disease uses his body to kill as many people as it can. That's what you have to look forward to.

Oh, and Mr. Lennon- I mean- Mr. Winters? You're a terrible actor. We were just being a good sport. That's why we withheld that one bit of information. Was that important?

The country is in mouning because of the death of Mr. Lennon. And they were just about to restart elections. Mr. Adams had a psycological breakdown on tv. Capitalistian
has now erupted into pandemonium both for the assasination and the fear of SB-130, as the population unites under one enemy. Sea Land.

A large number of the TV screens and computer monitors in Capitalistian are hacked to display a message from the Emperor of Sea Land himself.

"Greetings. I am Emperor Ducas Fawsum the First, High Holy Commander of the Dominion of Sea Land. I would like to announce that your nation will no longer be the target of FASH's attacks, as I have dissolved their previous hierarchy and replaced it with my own. My intention was only to kill Watson, but I had no way of saving your fearless coleader from a terrible fate; I say from the bottom of my heart that he was a brave man. Just know that if you and your leadership swear loyalty to my nation, you will be spared. Rewarded, even. But if you do not, you will be subjugated under the might of the world's most powerful military. That is all."

The message ends and things restore to normal as people figure out what to do.

Your leadership will and must be the first stable one that Capitalistian has seen in awhile. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask me or any other League staff member.

(OOC: Dualism is the main concept of the poitical system. Two people with different perspectives, both pulling the country in their direction. A tug of war that, in theory, keeps everything in balance.

I shouldn't have said "theme." I take two characters and have them bounce off each other. See how they act and interact. This time, I've taken one person who is extremely dedicated to bettering his country, and another who's too preoccupied with self preservation to do the same. We'll see how this plays out.)

(EXPOSITION DUMP: It is a semi common to practice to request the government to be put "in Suspension." if you need to do a lot of work. The government then grants you x days of Suspension. Then, you get a mixture of drugs and hormones (administered by IV) that basically protect the brain from sleep deprevation, and numb the user to the effects of sleep deprivation. They also increase focus, and there's also a slight boost in cognative ability.

When put in Suspension, the person works without breaks until the drugs run out. There's no adverse effects, unless too much of the drug is built up in the body. One week Suspension, and you'll have to go to the hospital to detox, two weeks will result in permanent damage, three weeks will most likely kill you. Suspension is most common in students, office workers, writers, and politicians.)

Sea Land has declared war on the world. Here is what the co leaders have decided we will have to do.

TEDDY BEAR INITIATIVE: Both leaders scoffed at the idea of changing it.

MILITARY: Everyone over the age of15 shall enter the draft. 40% shall be selected at random to be deployed. Luckily, military training is taught in high school (In a basic sense.) So they can be deployed immediately.

INDUSTRY: Any factories that can produce weapons will so. 20% of all profit from other factories will be jettisoned off to these factories.

DEFENSE TACTICS: There will be military, as well as turrets, stationed along the perimeter of the country. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WITHIN 20 MILES WILL BE SHOT AND DESTROYED.

OFFENSE TACTICS: Track down the air militia, with the help of Mr. Adams, and attack it in full assault.

Also, Mr. Faber spent two weeks and two days in Suspension. He's in the hospital right now. His condition is stable, but his nervous system us severely damaged. At best, he'll be able to walk with a cane and speak with a lisp. At worst, he's paralyzed.

Anyone eligible for the draft has been automatically entered. The selected will be deployed on Wednesday. Say your goodbyes, just in case.

Shh, rest. Let me explain his condition: There are several drugs in a Suspension that elevate and boost cognative ability, including the strength of nerve impulses. After two weeks, these drugs build up so much that the brain becomes too powerful for the body to handle. In his case, his brain's nerve impulses got so strong that the nerves carrying them got damaged. His mobility is greatly impaired, because his nerves can no longer handle smaller, more precise instructions. For example, he can move his arms and his hands, but he can't determine how much he moves them. He also can't move his fingers individually.

This is also a problem with his speech, but he is making great recovery on that front. Care to demonstrate? -Doctor Brown
