While this isn't about hoodies in general, they had a reason at the school I used to go on their rule about outerwear. They say that if they were able to wear outerwear all day, the staff couldn't tell if they were in full dress code or not (Dress code my ass!). They put in some stupid rule where you couldn't wear outerwear indoors halfway into the first semester.

Thank god I finished off my last moments at that fascist school 2 weeks ago.

But if your outerwear isn't in violation of dress codes, and you don't take it off, you wouldn't really be in violation of the school's dress code. These idiots.
