To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Hey. So guys, are you strong enough to make an online blog about no school and rise up against it? Please I'm dying and I wanna cry I just can't take it any longer. I'm depressed I wanna go crazy I'd rather go to jail!!!! Will u guys support me and stand up for kids' rights? Seriously I'm dying over here.

I hate to be "that guy" but what do you expect ? Most of us are dying, most of us are suffering. Don't ask us to stand up, show some effort yourself, stand up yourself, spread the word, keep fighting, don't expect anyone else to do it for you. Now about moral support. Enjoy the little shit in life, it is the least you can do. Take up a hobby in whatever free time you have, spend more time with friends, do some fun shit. Since you, like most of us here, are forced to school, try doing some fun shit in there, pranks and stuff, also it is a great place to mess around with friends, you just need some people that you can trust. Anyway, BlondeBlueEyes, I'm going to assume that you've just recently begun Middle School. Middle School is a difficult time, people are just starting puberty and their hormones are all screwed up, people start to become real douchebags, etc. My advice to you is to just ride it out a few months/years and wait until you're a little more rational about the subject.

If you absolutely muuuuussssttt start now, however, don't do anything crazy like skipping school/classes. Research alternatives and attempt to get out of public school if your parents will allow you. Do small acts of rebellion but don't let it get out of hand
