Interesting. I consider myself quiet patient but if I was in your position, I may have proven my anger issues by bashing in the guy's face then kicking the crap out of his friends. And if I didn't finish in time, because of teacher intervention, I'd beat the crap out of the ones I didn't finish the next time I saw them.(No warning of any sort either. Just a quick kung-fu ass kicking)

Play it cool. Don't get mad. I say you take your anger out on something before. I personally find that acting like a viking with a giant axe and smashing in the imaginary skulls of enemy troops with fervor helps relieve that.(I use a stick about the length of 2-3 feet. For me, I release my creativity through "participating" in my imaginations. Of course it would look kind of weird to some people and childish to the ignorant, but I did learn alot through my imagination "acting". For one, I figured out how to effectively use an ax to cut, without ever having to cut anything real. It's also how I learned to use firearms, and practice my sword techniques without ever touching a sword. I even learned to use a bow, with a 2-3 foot long wooden stick).

But the bottom line. DO NOT BE ANGRY! AT ALL! Calmly explain what happened. Once your done, don't say a single word. If it seems like what's being said will make you angry, just stand up and leave. Don't stay at the a source of potential anger. Just stand up, and confidently announce "I have nothing else to say. Have a nice day" with control.

Yeah, but it's kind of hard to thrust someone's face into a barrel of liquid nitrogen and drown him in it.

Drown? They're face would turn to ice, then all you need to do is poke it and watch how their face shatter. Course, now you've committed murder, so I hope that barrel is big enough to fit a body into it.
