To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Nose surgey making me depressed.
I got a major rhinoplasty and septoplasty done August 22nd. Its not fun. It hurts. My ears are ringing and not popping. Ill be out of school for a month. The surgery was 5 1/2 hours long. I feel like shit. There's a lot of stress because of school. I'm crying and depressed. I need some help to get better emotionally. :(

I had a severe deviated septum. Couldn't breathe out of right nostril for shit. Ends up my sinuses were way worse than what they saw in person and by the X-ray scans. They totally reshape everything in my nose. They even had to go into the roof of my mouth to fix stuff up. I got packing in both nostrils which is annoying and discomforting. I wont be able to shower till Thursday it even then...Thursday is when I'm hopefully getting the packing out. They also snipped my tongue so I'm not tongue tied anymore soo there is more pain. I eat very little and haven't went to th bathroom in like 5 days. I pee alot but that's it....I hate this so much

Nose surgey making me depressed.
Tough it out, maybe get a few percocets. I have no idea why it would make you depressed, pain for me is just annoying and pisses me off.
If your ear is ringing maybe try the natural supplement ginko bilboa it apparently works well for it (tinnitus is the technical name).

I think I'll have a few weeks off, or maybe a month off for school. I gotta be careful with herbs cause some may make me bleed more...and thin the blood.

So idk if I told y'all but school is sending over a tutor. As if I can't get away from these fuckers for a god damn month just to recover..now I got their shit stressing me out. Well they sent a paper for my mom and I to sign. I would think legally me being 17 they can't do this as I anna minor. Second it will be in my house hold, so I could call the police to get them off my property. Third, I signed the paper in cursive as it said but I basically scribble scratched my name shittty so it was 1- illegible and 2- i wrote some random ass scribble last name that wasn't even mine or probably a name to begin with. I thought this was a smart idea...I hav my real signature on a navel base Government ID card. Seems like I may of made this little tutor contract paper illegal and not in effect...what do you think?

Well, you should try to do anything that doesn't arouse too much suspicion to prevent the pricks invading your recovery time and privacy.

Get a doctor to say that you are really unfit to do school work and need your recovery time. Schools tend to listen to adult professionals instead of 'silly' teenagers. Try to get it in writing, if you can.

Sadly my doctor signed the paper saying I wont be in school for a month but they have permission to send a tutor over if I will be out for 2 weeks or longer (I obviously will be...)

Is there any way to waylay school in them sending a tutor over? Is there some kind of special rule or form that you have to fill in so they leave you alone due to your recovery?

So, let me get this straight. A tutor, from school, comes all the way to your house, only to pester you and watch you like a hawk while you are just over a painful surgery and are just recovering? I don't mean that the police interfere with the school, I mean that I hope that they will at least respond with force to a 911 call about someone being in private property and not leaving and interfering with the privacy of this kid.
