To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Many people think Gaddafi was a dictator. Yes. However the way he treated his people was like no other country.
-all libyans were given free medical support. if it cannot be done in libya, then you are given funds to do medical treatment abroad
-money that came from oil was used for infrastructure (i lernt that word!!)
-all bank loans were 0% interest free
-He vowed that he will not give his parents a house until every libyan was housed, but his dad died, in the process
-he called for africa to unite and to become 'The United States of Africa'
-He wanted all arabs to resolve their differences
-Every woman who gives birth is given $5,00 (US Dollars)
-every newlywed couple is given $50,00
-Every Libyan got $500 every year
-State Built Universities were FREE
-All libyans who wanted to start farming, were given seeds, livestock and a house
The Reason why the west wanted him out was because he did not co-operate with america and he criticized obama and the invasion saying: 'Is Bin Ladin Iraqi? No he is not. Were those who attacked New York Iraqis? No, they were not. Were those who attacked the Pentagon Iraqis? No, they were not. Were WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction) in Iraq? No they were not. Even if Iraq had WMDs -Pakistan and India have nuclear bombs, and so do China, Russia, France, Britain and America. Should all these countries be destroyed? Fine, let's destroy all these countries that have WMDs.'

I think he was great as well. Yes, he did commit some atrocities and yes he did do some fucked up things, but he was a better ruler than many dictators in the area and he legitimately cared about his country and the well-being of his people. I don't think he's as terrible as the media likes to say he is.
Who the fuck does the US think they are going around and killing other countries' dictators?
It really just hit me how much the rest of the world must hate us...

he was an enemy to the west. and openly condemned the war in iraq and america. he also foretold the arab spring saying:'saddam hussein was killed, anyone of us could be next'. he called for 1 african currency , and african unity. he was the one who was worried about the middle east's situation, while qatar and bahrain laughed at him in the speech. he is one of the greatest leaders of all time.
