To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Why are kids still so ignorant about sex?
In my school, we now have classes for drug education and sex education. What strikes me about sex education, is that everyone started to giggle and make stupid jokes when the teachers started to talk. Why do they do this? Most kids in my class are fifteen years old, so they really should be able to listen to the word 'sex' without having a giggling fit. It's just sex, not some kind of secret or anything. Most people are still immature where sex is concerned.

I still think its sorta funny to talk about. Then again, I also think farts and poop are funny.
But really, sex education should be treated with some modicum of seriousness since sex is going to be a part of everyone's lives in the room. Either directly or indirectly. Being educated on sex and all that comes with it (STDs, STIs, pregnancy, etc.) is extremely important. So I mean.. Joke about it, whatever, but make sure underneath it all you understand how critical it is to know these things.
But yeah, most people in highschool probably don't care. They don't really understand that these are things you NEED to know and be educated on. Idk man, at least you should pay attention and hopefully better society a little bit by not being an ignorant, STD-infested dumb shit with 5 unplanned kids you dont care about before you turn 25.

Sex education is pointless. We had that in 4th grade... everyone laughed and instead of "penis" and "vagina" they were saying "kur" and "putka", which are swear words in Bulgarian.

Nope, I live in the Netherlands. Funny, the Netherlands is a liberal country where sex is concerned, yet they still giggle as if it is some kind of forbidden knowledge.

Oh believe me, the country is not what most foreigners think. The Netherlands might seem a like a paradise and a land of freedom, but believe me, it's like a rotting onion. Pull off one layer, there's a smellier one underneath, untill you get to the rotten core.
