To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Half of my school is retarded?
Recently after taking something called a star test at my school almost half of the students were put into something called resource. they get special attention, like tests are read to them, and they don't have to read books. i don't care about that, but what i do care about is how the teachers treat them. they act like the kids are in kindergarten. the work they actually do looks like second grade problems. most of the kids in resource shouldn't be in it. its like a false diagnosis. Are the teachers so ignorant that they don't realize the kids don't want to be treated like babies?
I am of nothing special; of this I am sure. I am a common boy with common thoughts, and I have a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten.

I scored college level on my star test whenever I had to take it for Charter.

star test? was it a reading test? or what? I think I remember doing something called a star test in 6th grade that was a reading test.

I know that test. Everyone who's not magnet doesn't give a crap so put in whatever they feel will be correct despite not reading the question fully or trying hard. The only reason why our school is the high school with the highest score is because we have some of the "smartest" people in district at my school.

The kind I took was only reading but I believe they have them for other subjects as well
There are so many stupid tests that ask pointless questions, it's hard to keep up with them.
