To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

This is bullshit
My life consists of this
Wake up
Take a shower
Go to school
Come home
Eat
Play video games or do things with family/friends
Homework
Sleep
Repeat
Every day when I come home I feel totally drained and want to just lay down and sleep all day.
This is horrible. Weekends are fucking gold to me because it's the only two days where I don't have to worry about school for once. Breaks are just a tease; As soon as you get used to having your free time back again, the break is over and you have to go back.
I dunno if anyone else feels this way, but when summer first starts I honestly don't know what to do with myself. For the first week or two I constantly think about what I have to do for school the next day and think "I should be in school right now". After awhile I get used to having my life back for a short 2-3 months.
The only thing that gets me out of bed and to school anymore is friends. The only reason I willingly go there is to see them. School is even discouraging me from what I want to do with my life, which is become a psychologist; that takes another twelve years of college to get there.
I can't imagine that. Going through what I just finished all over again until I'm in my early 30s.

Beat the machine my friend! Go out and do something interesting, get a girlfriend, dye your hair pink, it doesn't matter just try to break free. Also, if you get that psychologist job, it'll be fucking worth it. You get paid loads.

Yeah that's what I do, just go to school, come home and I'll either play a game, work out or do some random shit. Can't find a girlfriend since most people at my school are fucking retarded.

No girl in my school is honestly worth the time. And my hair is already a strange color, it's naturally red :P

I've been stuck in this type of crap for the past few weeks too, so I can relate. Most of the guys in my school are derpy brainwashed jocks, so the whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing is out for me too, and I pretty much play GTA the whole time I'm home from school. (Shooting pedestrians, fuck yeah)
But there's a big stretch of woods around my house, and I've been thinking about getting a bunch of my friends over to play Man Hunt or something just to try and break this stupid cycle. It's cool at night, cause you hear owls and foxes and all kinds of stuff. :B

Same like me, it gets depressing but you gotta know when to snap out of it and have some fun. Do whatever you like to do. I know it will be short-lived but its better than nothing.
