To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

First period?
Ok,i only found out about this shit recently,i love to sleep for as long as i want,but when i have to do school,i love to sleep as long as i CAN. So i never get first periods at my high school.I found out i Have to get a first period for one full-year or i wont graduate,that so damn stupid.Why the hell do i need to do that,its a fucking good thing im going to leave that place,who else has to do that bullshit?

Virginia,and everything is fucked up here.In hight school here you have 7 periods,and 1st period was optional i thought,so then you only have 6.But it isnt optional since i've got to do it now

damn man 7 fuckin periods i couldnt last that long in virginia
i like the school system in new york for elementary kids u got to wake up at like 7 or 8 i cant remember and then u left like a couple hours l8a

7 PERIODS!!?? thats fucked up i have 4 periods but each lasts a hour and a half. wich means government and economics is a living hell..... and it dosnt help that during this class the sun shines directly into the room boiling us all. i DO have 8 CLASSES tho so my schedual flips every other day....like this

7 periods seems pretty standard to mean. It's always 6 or 7.
And if you bothered to do the math I'm guessing you spend just as much time in school as people who have six periods. Your classes are probably just shorter so they can fit more in. I actually switched schools from a seven-period day to a six-period day. When I factored class schedules in do you know which one actually totaled up to more hours? The six-hour schedule. Three classes that lasted about two hours alternating days.

Yeah i did,i had this ancient old lady who didn't even remember where she put all our work,sometimes she thought we were lying when we told her we turned work in,but of course she had to stay one more year to give me hell,she's going to retire now that im done. Figures

lol the teacher i had for social studies fuckin drove me nuts and she was gonna leave in the middle of year and she stayed because i called her a bitch and she left but she dont know i failed hahahaha
