To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

The Catholic prohibition against birth control is the belief that people have the duty to have children and raise them. Thomas Aquinas was the first, I believe, to spread this belief in Catholicism.

True. But then how widespread are Catholic beliefs among non-Christian people? I mean, most people seem to just simply assume that the most natural thing in the world is to get married and have kids, and if someone actually decides they don't want kids, most people will be all shocked and stuff and try to talk them into having kids anyway... Might have a different cause, but it wouldn't surprise me if it stemmed from the same idea.

hmmmm.... to poof or not to poof...
Although fundametally i have no objections to Gayism (whatever that means), technically i do se a problem. Just take a look in the woods, you dont see daddy bear and uncle bear doing the do do dance now do you? Which takes me back to my first point. If too many of us were gayzoids than the human race would be on the endagered species list. We gotta reproduce people. Being gay is like trying to drive a car on water ... fellars its just not supposed to go there....

Perhaps not bears, but it happens in many other species. Dolphins and bonobos for example.

but the earth is so grossly overpopulated, maybe the introduction of couples incapable of bearing children isn't such a bad thing.
I think Buenaventura Durruti is a pretty cool guy. eh kills fascists and doesnt afraid of ruins.

lol, ah shut up i'm just trying to give a scientific justification for gay marriage.
ps. if kirby did know where i lived, even if i was gay i'd be too busy trying to quickly plug that security leak online.
