To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Nihilism? What the fuck?

Ok, I think a lot. Mostly because my preference of being solitary. Well not so much since I've discovered the internet..... but what ever.
Ever since I was in 3ed grade, and my friend Rachel introduced me to Christianity. I've questioned if god does or does not exist. (I always had very terrible faith Rolleyes BAD CHRISTIAN!) Laugh Oh well, then I finally came to the conclusion that god does not exist (My belief) around 6th/7th grade.
Well, religion as an example of my thinking, I came up with this around 4th grade:
What came first, the chicken or the egg? Theory... kinda
Ok, it takes on thing to create another.

From a religious point of view:
God created us, who created god?
Who created god's creator?
Who created god's creator's creator?
so on, so forth.
It would go on for an eternity.
Except there's no such thing as an eternity.
There is no forever.
(Which also goes for space, space is not eternal, the black abyss must end somewhere. But what fills the space after that? Nothing? Impossible. There's no such thing as nothing. (In this case) ...maybe. I dunno
Well back to said subject.

A non-religious perspective:
evolution.
It had to start somewhere, before we evolved from apes.
Before the Earth
Before the shit that led to the construction of Earth.
Before that.
And that.
And that.
For eternity.
Except there's no such thing as eternity.
So there lies the problem.
It had to start somewhere.... and yet again it couldn't of.

My conclusion:
It is impossible that we are here.

....except for the fact that we ARE here. I'm sitting here right now at 2:57 a.m. typing this.... whatever.
You're sitting where ever you are, reading this.
Somewhere there's someone starving, there's some one in great emotional pain
...and everywhere there's someone, or something dieing

So, new conclusion:
It's impossible that we exist, except we have some how defied logic, and we exist.

Well you could say we were created by [insert deity, reason... whatever] but that interferes with the whole
"It takes one thing to create another" ....thing.

Ok, my ultimate conclusion:
We do not exist.
Wtf

Hm, what if we're just someone elses dream? Or what if this is my dream and none of actually exist, but I do? What if we're just characters in someone's book, who live on in the author's mind after the book ends?

Normally I would too, except for some odd reason it wasn't all that painful. Maybe because the whole concept of me not actually existing is somewhat amusing. Feelings don't have reasons.
Ok some of them do, but this one down't.
Think of it as defining 'the' or 'a' (Or any word that you can use, but not really define...on your own, dictionary answers don't count)
But is just IS, there doesn't HAVE to be a reason.
