To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Games breaking

My Fable disk has been messed up ever since I got it back...
the begining scene just plays on an endless loop...
and on top of that my Halo 2 disk is messing up and the Xbox sometimes reads it as a DVD or CD...

there it is...
my two favorite video games broke...
and I'm not even the one that broke em.

A lot of my games are scratched cuz of my retarded brothers. But they mostly all work, just with some hiccups.

so i let my bro play guitar hero 2 on my ps2 and i was in the bathroom and my memory card got full so he acidentaly deleted my whole game and i had to start all over again

My disk drive went crazy and ate my war3 frozen throne disk...and when I say ate...I mean I find peices of the cd miles away from the house.

Aaannnd.... all my games work. I don't let my brothers play my games, and the only thing I can think of is...... I lost my memory card for my gamecube. (I have the cheat code thing, which saves my shit, but I can't use cheats. No biggy, but I can't do cool things, like jump (A) on Zelda: Wind Waker)

Almost all of my xbox games are shot to compleat shit, imean it looks like i took sandpaper to my halo disk and it takes me mabey an hour to get my morrowind disk to be readable, same with Blackhawk down. However my 360 titles iv been keeping EMACULATE as so they dont befall the same fate.

Hmm for some reason my Xbox works great with all my game except morrowind which sometimes gliches because well its morrowind so that doesn't count.

your disk drive is out side of your house? or was there open window? miles was exageration, how far did it really go?
