To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Due to a recent discussion in the IRC i feel like elaborating. so we are setting up a hypothetiacl situation.
We all have nothing. So none of use are better off than the other. However Darthmat finds a large supply of somthing (its is somthing that you value very much and might even kill for but right now he has it all). Darthmat what do you do with all your newly found wealth?

I would definitely keep a good portion to myself..but not obscene. I don't need a big house. Just a lot of stuff. 5,000,000 should be fine.
I would then..distribute it out. But i don't know exactly how..... of course people would try to convince me to do it one way or another..... so start convincing me on how.

ah okay, i see what you mean now. darth, just say if you'd share it, sell it, or hoard it all to yourself. i think the point alucard is trying to make is on how a randomly chosen person would react to such a situation. just use your own judgement.

No, b/c when i amke a big decsion i listen to the input of others. So this is what i will do now....and i will msot definatley distribute it.... i just need convincong on how i should....

take what you have and take however much you want. then distribut the rest equaly. You have infinate of this stuff so you distribut it each week. Remeber its yours stuff so if somone pisses you off mabey they dont get thier share that week? Do whatever you want though its your stuff.

yes, but shoudl i give more money to people who i know will use it for good, like building more farms and shelters, give averagge amount to average person and not give it to people who i know will only use it to build weapons?

i think this is why i think the something should be named. it really makes the a difference about what one would do with it. if it's something people want just for sake of having it, then i stick to my first suggestion, but that's different from something like food or something that can be used to make weapons.

Just to let everyone know, i will be distributing it weekly so people can sue it mroe wisley. I will use the system i said earlier. And i have paid certain people to build a defense system for me so that it can not be stolen.
