RIP School Survival Forums
August 2001 - June 2017

The School Survival Forums are permanently retired. If you need help with quitting school, unsupportive parents or anything else, there is a list of resources on the Help Page.

If you want to write about your experiences in school, you can write on our blog.

To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.

I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.

I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.

I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.

I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.

Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.

Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

The forums are mostly read-only and are in a maintenance/testing phase, before being permanently archived. Please use this time to get the contact details of people you'd like to keep in touch with. My contact details are here.

Please do not make a mirror copy of the forums in their current state - things will still change, and some people have requested to be able to edit or delete some of their personal info.

Why Can't we say what we are thinking?

Probably because a thought synapsed into a word creates a solidification of what you're thinking.

You know what uncertain feeling you get while typing and then you reword it and feel right again?

Yeah I know it too.

Some of us don't talk about the small things we feel guide us - although we shouldn't always go against the inner voices of ourselves. The instinct that we're being mislead has been felt in society since our births...so why feel mislead inside? That would just mean you're integrating society's subliminal frequencies into your mind!

Find that balance.

Speak outloud or inside.

The way the words string together form the way our brains string together our thoughts.

The more impactful each link of the string is, the more power is exercised.

Only be afraid if you know that the interference of a fact could interfere with another's natural flow of kundalini as I put it.

And to be afraid is to restrict all of those impulses to tell the ultimate truth while you intuitively know that in order for them to receive the truth they must connect it themselves.

Anyways,follow your heart chakra's warning.

aren't we all trying to find out what's in our blood in one sense or another?

Keep that heart to mind to outside connection smooth as your DNA processes the time.

Mixing it up can give meaning or provide meaning to those uncoded strands if you're willing to solve a puzzle indeed to advance your ultimate resonance of what you are. Who/what - same difference {depending on the time} ;]

Love,

A reptilian who struggles with the secrecy everyday.

Not the fact that I'm a reptilian - but the secrecy of what it means to be who I am.

---

I shed my first skin.
I realized it's about to begin.
Although it already started...
I'm now aware of the departed
and the mark.

Now it's time to choose my time wisely
The decision is a whirlwind
The destiny is within.
When did telling the truth feel like a sin?
Probably because when you remove the s, you just get in.
So what does it mean to be in S?
You probably already thought about this.
It's time for me to dismiss.
If you say to stop I'll insist.
I trust my instincts.
Wrapped up in a link to you.

De-cision - Make a choice outside.
In-cision - Make a cut inside.

The words you see aren't what you automatically perceive.
Just don't go too crazy.

I'm already institutionally considered that.
Don't worry all of you who are freaking out.
I know what this is all about.
I'm smarter than you might realize but glad that I am.
Fear is replaced by love, time to stop being alone...friends.
