To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

The "Clan Plan"
I was thinking we could maybe make some kind of Clan or Alliance on this game I used to play:
Cyber Nations where you basically run a nation.
If you guys have any ideas about this, we could use the game to wreak havoc and have some fun and maybe even reach out for this website here. Or if you know of any other games we could try that would be nice, as long as it's free and browser based. I want us to make some kind of Guild/Clan/Alliance to maybe spread the word of this site and cause general game havoc. We could have wars on other clans and stuff. It would be great fun.

Anarchy, which is basically bad in this game. Your government falls apart and you can't do anything. It's just a game, I mean I have high as possible taxes! 
What kind of Alliance should we have though? Should we have leaders or just be a loosely drawn together bunch? And what should the Alliance name be.

Well we can all read up in the wiki I posted about the game, if you have specific questions I'll try to answer them.
Now, I think we should name the Alliance: Red Guerrilla Oatmeal People

We need a name first. Then we all type in that name under alliance affiliation. (In edit my nation.)

Well I need to stress some guidelines for nations:
You have a week to stay in peace mode before you are penalized economically.
You should buy infrastructure in bulk because with each purchase the price goes up. I'm saving up till I can buy maximum amounts (10 infra per purchase).
Edit by fist: The price doesn't start going up until you have your first 10 infra levels.
Infra is most important for a growing nation.
Make sure your people are happy and have no qualms with your government type and religion, it helps your growth.
There's certain things for your government positions that help you and hurt you. The only ones I remember is to declare a "War on Drugs" and have closed borders.
All these are guidelines and not rules, since r\we really don't currently have any rules. That's the way I'd like to see it stay though.

I'm typing this from my siphoned internet so I'll have to wait till MundaneDay to do anything cool, but you guys really should discuss about the future of the Enigma Bandits. Like rules and stuff.

Hey peeps:
I may be getting One Million in cash from my cousin for us to evenly split around our nations. Fun, eh?

The earliest time we'll be getting it is around Feb 10. so don't get too excited and if anything big happens to his country or Alliance(one of the most powerful and influential Alliances of the game) we may not get it at all.

What if we want to expand from just people on this website?
A group of 4 people isn't going to have much more influence then maybe being an elite raiding party. At best.
And if anyone is in the strength range of doing so, declare war on the guy who's attacked Thonil.
