Science questions

Science related stuff goes here.

(But the dots should be straight when you draw it.)

Re: Science questions

Okay, I had little trouble overall with my Physics review worksheet, but I'm not too good at electricity so I'll have you solve this one for me. My translation is as follows:

To the (energy) source, whose voltage we measured with an accurate voltmeter and got UO=4,5 V, we connect a resistor which has a resistance of 4 Ohms. This circuit has a current of IO=0,9 A, as measured by an ideal ammeter. The resistance of the supply leads and ammeter are negligible (ignore them in your calculations), but the resistance of the voltmeter is high.
a) draw the electric circuit this forms
b) explain why the electric current has only the value of IO (I don't understand this question, but perhaps you will)
c) What electric current will pass through if we connect a different resistor with a resistance of 2 Ohms? What about 1 Ohm?
d) What electric current would pass in the case of a short circuit?

I need to have this done by Friday, so if you can get it up by 9 PM UTC tomorrow, that'd be great Razz

Don't take life so seriously, it isn't permanent.
