in texas if you catch your married spouse cheating on you in ur house, you can shoot and kill the the person your spouse is cheating with.

also we have castle law, if someone is like trespassing you can shoot/kill them xD

I strongly disagree with that law.
The person your spouse is cheating with might not even know they're married.
And the trespasser could be running away from some random guy chasing him with a chainsaw.

Yep, both of those situations are completely legitimate and happen frequently. :>_>:

The Castle Doctrine often has limits and if you are just running through someone's property, why the hell would someone have enough time to go get their gun and shoot you? After all, that all-too-common chainsaw maniac is coming for you so you would keep moving.

Also, you don't think the whole "Family/Married" home style would give it away? Maybe the pictures, the trinkets, the clothes, NONE of this would give away the fact this person is married? Talk about grasping for straws here.

NOOOOOO!

It turns out that switchblades are illegal in Illinois (on top of being against the rules.) They are the most practical to carry - butcher knives are too big, hunting knives don't neatly fit in the pocket, box cutters arn't as easily readied for combat... I am disgusted.

I'd probably most likely never have to use it, but it's the fact that I have it that would make me feel safer. Of course, I have a higher chance of being randomly searched than being killed or raped in my school, but still... it's a big school with a lot of kids from a lot of different backgrounds and circumstances. We have a few absolute wierdos already.

I can't trust anybody. I'm even a bit wary of the deans.

Honestly, they want us all to be cowardly kids who have to depend on them for everything. But what they don't know is that probably dozens of knives already exist inside the school already (not counting cooking class or woodshop). However, I have the kind of luck that would make ME the one who gets caught.

I have a sad, miserble future to look forward to. I can't get expelled.

They catch you in a tight space either way. Depend on them and get hurt/abused/ignored or bring your own defense and get killed by them. School officials... I just don't like them. They create more problems than they solve and can't be trusted at all. And they love to bring the detention hammer down when you end up trying to do something nice for them. *Scowl*

I know. It just makes me feel better inside to post it. I personally, have a system where when I write it down, and post it on a forum, it's real, and it makes sense. So, even if you know everything that I just told you, it clears up my world a little to tell it to you. Kind of like, when you know you're right, but you ask everyone else to confirm it anyway.

So, basically, these forums are thereputic for me. Deal with it. Smile

Buy a 6 inch knife, buy a leather sheath for it,
- strap it to your leg.
- strap it to your chest under your shirt.
- sew sheath inside your jacket.
- Strap it to your upper arm.

Btw the tiny box blades can be put in between you fingers in a fight. (I keep some in my wallet.)
