To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Lol, yeah. We are experiencing a COMPLETE CLUSTERFUCK in this part of the forum. I believe Justin is launching a full-out assault. Or everyone is Apathy. Either way, it's a clusterfuck.

I suppose I was overreacting earlier when I said I would be leaving. Not that I post much on here anyway.
I can't really say I know alot about why Soul did this, but she probably just got fed up, and was probably disappointed, seeing all of the assholes who are supposed to represent the site banter back and forth.
Hopefully, the assholes remove themselves from this site, and we can get back to the real issue here: School.
I hope these forums stick around for awhile longer, atleast until i'm out of school. I know that sounds selfish, but, when i'm out, why would I give a shit?
Oh, and Justin, your mother's a cunt, and she left her lubricant at my place...

It saddens me. I may sound like a person with no life, but I don't care. This forum meant alot to me, even though I have just been here a short time. This forum was more than just something for anti-school. It was a bunch a kids being themselves. Being who they couldn't express outside of the computer. That's how it was for me anyway. And now I look at this decision, and how all the people whom I was just starting to know, left. This forum has saved me from death numerous times, and now, it appears to have been ripped from my cold, lifeless hands. I do not think this is the end of SS, but perhaps the begining of a new SS, perhaps better perhaps worse. We can only wait and see.

PEOPLE!
This is exactly the reason why Soul banned half the forums! We all started turning on each other, and interesting topics were overlooked in favour of bitching. Soul was clearly sick and tired of seeing the community she got together destroying itself,
all because of people arguing. SS is a place where you can be yourself, a place for other people like you. It's not the Frag Arena x10.
Please people. Stop Arguing.

Aagh, I dunno. I expected it to be over by today, proving that it was a joke or something. I see that it's not.
I'm done bitching about SoulRiser. I just don't understand why she hurt the forum in the process. Maybe it will be worth it in the end.
Also, I simply *cannot* accept the idea that her account's been hacked; she's been through forum hacks before, and password strength is something you learn, whether you want to or not.
If another admin modified the password and then handed it out, then all I have to say is this: you're worse than the people you claim have fucked the forums.
Sorry if it seemed like a whiny rant.

I don't know if her accont got hacked, but I do think it was the "real" soul that disabled the forums. Her earlier posts during this shitstorm sounded like her. But I could be wrong.

I emailed Soul last night and I have the reply. It sounded exactly like she normally does, she's feeling a bit better. Don't worry, it's not Justin. Soul did this for a reason and, IMO, this shouldn't be for a week, it should be until she can be sure that your not gonna fuck up what she created. Again.
