To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

Question about 18+ Websites...
I'm interested in making an adult website dedicated to galleries of anime related pictures. It will be all ecchi, hentai, etc. I read all that stuff from The Keyboard Academy and read the ebook, but I'm wondering how this changes if I'm making an adult website (if anything)? Like, how do I get listed/page ranked on google? Does it change?
What should Gaiyara do Onii-chan? ♡

Shouldn't change a damn thing about getting ranked in Google, except it will add extra possibilities - like ranking well in Google Images, which is actually damned easy (though it does take a long time to get images indexed). The only possible problems I can think of are...
1) Google's "safe search" feature... but then anyone searching for pr0n will not have that turned on.
2) Permissions and such relating to the artists of the pictures. You gonna have the full images on the site or just thumbnails linking to the artist's site?
3) How you gonna make moneys? Adsense doesn't allow porn sites, and neither do most other advertisers I am aware of. I know absolutely jack shit about porn advertisers.

I don't think permissions are necessary. There's other galleries that exist that don't give credit or link back to another site.
I think I can just get a J-list advertisement. J-list is a popular 18+ website that sells Japanese related stuff. They're pretty successful (I admit, I've clicked on their ad before, and actually bought something!!!)

well, the advertisements on porn sites are generally, More porn sites. And also how well structured do you need your site to be? I mean porn sites are kinda like porn movies. It's a shitty ass design and plot. But nobody cares because there horny.

That's a good point actually. Hosts that allow "adult content" are actually sort of rare-ish. I don't know of any.

I used to have a site hosted by a friend of mine, and he sort of had 5 porn sites on the same host.
