To everyone who joined these forums at some point, and got discouraged by the negativity and left after a while (or even got literally scared off): I'm sorry.
I wasn't good enough at encouraging people to be kinder, and removing people who refuse to be kind. Encouraging people is hard, and removing people creates conflict, and I hate conflict... so that's why I wasn't better at it.
I was a very, very sensitive teen. The atmosphere of this forum as it is now, if it had existed in 1996, would probably have upset me far more than it would have helped.
I can handle quite a lot of negativity and even abuse now, but that isn't the point. I want to help people. I want to help the people who need it the most, and I want to help people like the 1996 version of me.
I'm still figuring out the best way to do that, but as it is now, these forums are doing more harm than good, and I can't keep running them.
Thank you to the few people who have tried to understand my point of view so far. I really, really appreciate you guys. You are beautiful people.
Everyone else: If after everything I've said so far, you still don't understand my motivations, I think it's unlikely that you will. We're just too different. Maybe someday in the future it might make sense, but until then, there's no point in arguing about it. I don't have the time or the energy for arguing anymore. I will focus my time and energy on people who support me, and those who need help.

why did my parents do this?
My parents are idk on a scale of mean a 6 out of 10.I have been asking for a tablet(nexus 7 200$) or a new computer(900$) so they said thats to much money,1 week later they have 32gb IPAD4'S!.I mean what the!? im a good behaved to i never make fun of there stupid staunch republican stuff and i do my chores why did the do this? are they just evil? i seriously need help here cuz when i found out i was like depressed/mad

Another example of parents getting all the good stuff - still, you should've asked for something cheaper.

While I understand your frustrations on your parents, its not uncommon for parents kids not to get luxury items for them. You might even get over wanting a computer or tablet in a couple weeks or so. If your serious about wanting one of those, why not getting a job if your over 14? Try earning it for yourself instead of expecting your parents to dish out a large chunk of money ( talk to parents about chores/jobs and such, do work for neighbors, etc).
If your really depressed over this, it might be time to think over your life and what you should be grateful for.

That's not too bad, still. You could try reinstalling Windows and upgrading to 4GB of RAM... that should make it noticeably faster for cheap.

900 is as specially cheap for the hardware i need the computer i technically need would be like 1.5k because i need REALLY GOOD hardware
