Segregated from Gym class

Because I didn't have my Gym uniform for the first time in the year, I was forced(Yes, as in "escorted") to a room where troublemakers/defiant people are sent to.

I was pressured on(Actually, more like "If you don't do it you come back the next period") to copy stuff for the whole class instead of doing exercise because apparently not having my Gym uniform once in half a year makes me unable to do sport and makes me a defiant. I was also given a sheet I had to make my parents sign;

PS: Here we have primary(1st to 7th grade) and secondary school(8th to 12th grade).

"Like you already know, the employees of the secondary school Val-Mauricie are doing efforts to apply and make the rules of the frame of life respected. The application of these measures have for objective to help the student to prepare his/her future and guide him/her to make him being able to become a responsible and autonomous citizen.

However, your child has voluntarely broken one of the rules mentionned in the frame of life of our school. You shall find at the bottom the rules he has broken.

We ask you to fill the form at the bottom and return it by your child. He will have to present himself to the room 35 between 8h30 and 9h10 to deliver it to the responsible person of the room. Afterwards, he/she will be able to re-integrate his classes in a regular way."

PS: They indeed call the rules; THE FRAME OF LIFE.

What's the reason for this segregation bullshit for forgetting gym clothes once?
