Religion is supposedly the thing that should unite humans but that's a load of crap. Id put humanity above religion any day. Religion ethics dont always match morals of mankind(at least a united humanity).

I'm not sure I've seen enough evidence to conclude that Night framed DnE. (Would it be worth the effort in the first place? Probably not.) I did not see in any posted logs any users named Night joining the channel; then again Night here on SS could have omitted that information from her log post. Likely because it either incriminated her or because she figured it was not relevant.

This line seems suspicious, but I can't entirely fault her for being curious what the DnE channel thought of her, or using a different name than Night. I don't think she should have really cared what they thought, though, because there's one thing I can say with authority:

That's why we all joined /ss/ or DnE in the first place, we're all fucked. He was having some fun with this, so was I. Anytime something we say somehow sparks a big clusterfuck, we can't help but be amused. We like to push people and find out why they're acting that way. You're being sensitive irrationally, oh good, time to go in on them and see how far it goes. It's irrational, we have to find out why. I guess that's really why we were sort of booted off of /ss/ back then in the day, and it's the reason why most /ss/ users don't really fit in on DnE. Nor should they. It's a different culture, with different desired outcomes.

If you go back into the /ss/ anals, you'll find some really fucked up shit. Some people couldn't handle it, some people got fucked up because of it, that's kind of how we roll I guess. Sure, we stop it when it gets too far (or at least we try, and sometimes succeed), but overall, that's where we thrive.

I don't remember anyone actually saying they hate N.A. In the log, we were basically talking about an abstracted meme. You were a meme back then... It sparked a short humorous conversation, and that was basically all we contributed, imo. acol posting it here was for shits and giggles I guess. No one actually had any real hatred towards anyone, it's just we're interested and stimulated when people get upset about stuff that seems weird to get upset about. I guess we're just different like that. w/e.

All of this, not to mention the chat logs, indicate to me that DnE is a bad community. When you have people referring to this very forum like it's an imageboard, trying to justify insults with 'oh lol its a meme were just like that' and 'pushing' people whenever they take offense to their actions (which I'm sure happens more than once or twice) you have a place that's making it hard for me to believe Absent's case. It's practically an offshoot of 4chan. For all I know it probably IS.
