I haven't been in class for about a month, and where I am its illegal to drop out before your 18th birthday. So yeah I have plans for the GED program, but Consequently I have court tomorrow and some advice would be awesome right now cause I'm a little freaked.

Get a kick ass lawyer like I had when I was being charged with assault on an officer. Other than that be distrustful if the prosecutor offers a plea bargain. If you're offered a fat one it may be because they lack ample evidence to convict you in court. If you know for sure that you are screwed and you're offered a nice plea bargain though take it.

Your court date tomorrow, is it a preliminary hearing, or a trial? What are the charges?

Nothing like what your talking about. Although that is some good advice, I watch a lot of Law and Order so I think I'm covered in that area. Laugh out Loud. I think I'm being charged with Truancy. Which isn't as bad as it could be I'm just nervous about it.

Wait, what's the worst they can do to you for being truant? Throw you in jail? Fine you? That's a little harsh for simply not attending classes.

As for advice, I can tell you what my friend who was in a similar situation did: don't talk unless you have to, don't sign anything, and don't lose your calm. Don't admit to anything right away.

Lets see they could throw me in jail, my mother in jail, yea fine me, make me go back to school, probably force me into some kind of therapy, and I'll get an asshole Parole Officer to. But yeah whatever, I'll accept the consequences. So if they try to get me to sign something I can just refuse?

Its actually kind of funny because when I went in for this meeting they drug tested me, and I swear when I passed they looked annoyed. So it shouldn't be to hard tomorrow since they don't have a clue why I'm doing it.

Be like "There was a death in the family." Someone I know literally cut out an obituary from the paper (we need proof a relative died, damn bastards) and pretended that that was a relative. Shit was lulzy as fuck. She apparently confessed out of grief. A teacher asked how she was feeling or something. It was lulzy, since the teacher was cool about it. She even started cracking up.
