PC or Mac? - The Desert Fox - 08-30-2009 05:00 PM PC. No question. Re: PC or Mac? - Mono - 08-30-2009 09:05 PM I'm using Windows XP on a Mac through Boot Camp. I still prefer OS X though, it's faster, more stable and requires less maintenance. Re: PC or Mac? - random_name - 08-30-2009 09:10 PM PC Re: PC or Mac? - Fire Elf - 08-31-2009 12:47 AM PC. But since when do macs and liberalism have anything to do with each other? Re: PC or Mac? - Milk2Go - 08-31-2009 01:10 AM I swear to god, I was just about to make a topic exactly like this. The options would've been "PC, because I like program support", and "Mac, because I'm gay". Re: PC or Mac? - mudkip liek - 08-31-2009 02:02 AM PC. Re: PC or Mac? - Amortisatie - 08-31-2009 02:03 AM PC because Apple sucks at making operating systems Re: PC or Mac? - Milk2Go - 08-31-2009 02:16 AM I love it when people say Macs are better than PCs because they have no viruses. The reason there are no viruses is because nobody would make one just to infect 9 or 10 people. That's also the reason there's barely any program support for them; people wouldn't waste time porting programs from PCs to Macs just so 9 or 10 people can use them. Re: PC or Mac? - returnal - 08-31-2009 02:35 AM 9 or 10? Well, all that growing market share is for nothing, amirite? Also, I do realize Macs aren't as secure as they're advertised to be. Some times they're just as fxed up as a PC running Windows. Re: PC or Mac? - Spot-ify - 08-31-2009 02:55 AM I voted pc, however I do own a Mac book as well as several pc. Re: PC or Mac? - aaaaaaasd - 08-31-2009 02:55 AM PC, but Garageband is pretty awesome and doesn't afraid of anything. Re: PC or Mac? - Thought Criminal - 08-31-2009 03:09 AM I prefer mac's because they are like x9000000000 easier to use, doesn't get viruses (there is a mac virus out there but its rare) and I don't like crashing every 10 seconds or having to click allow to do anything. So basically I use PC to play games or hack shit since mac sucks balls in those departments and a mac for everything else. I do know what you mean with the snotty liberal who thinks he is better than everyone else because he has a mac though. my uncle is a shining example of this. he has all the new mac stuff, snow leopard, mac TV, iPhone, macbook pro, macbook air, an extremely powerful mac desktop, the latest airport, an ipod touch. it's ridiculous. though all of it is really awesome when its all networked together like he has it. the only draw back is listening to him drone on about how much better mac is compared to PC he always watches these gay little videos attacking PC in some retarded way. it's just so disgusting... It makes me want to throw my mac out the window. Re: PC or Mac? - Thought Criminal - 08-31-2009 03:20 AM Not much really but most mac users tend to lean towards the left wing side. Re: PC or Mac? - The Desert Fox - 08-31-2009 04:08 AM Because Macs are like $800 more than PCs. All you're paying for is "reliability", which is bullshit in itself. Just get McAfee for your PC and you'll be fine. Re: PC or Mac? - True Strasserist - 08-31-2009 05:45 AM What does Kalyway OSx86 fall under? Re: PC or Mac? - Milk2Go - 08-31-2009 06:15 AM One thing I've noticed about people is that as soon as they get a Mac, they turn into ignorant assholes who act like they are superior to everyone who doesn't have a Mac. Re: PC or Mac? - Fire Elf - 08-31-2009 06:25 AM Mac fanboys are idiots anyway. One thing they allways talk about is how a mac is easier to use because you don't have to "assemble" it. What the fuck. No. It's not like you buy a computer and get a pile of boards or something. All you have to do is computer screen to a computer box... is that realy too difficult for you guys? When I got my new HP I pulled that motherfucker out of the box plugged it in and turned it on. I didn't have to do jack shit. All of the easy setup shit pissed me off though "the this is how you make an account" "blah blah blah" shut the fuck up I know how the damn computer works. I'm not some stone age dumbass mac fanboy.
