Interesting. On one hand I get that the GOP isn't fond of higher taxes. But on the other hand these restrictions would take away flexibility from school districts.

With the shady stuff going on I can't say I trust either major party. I didn't like Trump or Clinton last election, and they've not really changed my mind at this point.
