I guess, pick an actual interest... or pick something extreme like the suggestions above. You can probably find a related degree for most career paths, whether or not a degree is necessary.
But yeah, it's understandable why you'd be procrastinating.
Maybe first, consider not doing it, then find a way to make it interesting if you decide to do it. The career assignment sounds like one that could be interesting if you find a way.
