Try showing them you don't care. Usually people that annoy others/bullies will stop if they get no negative response. Otherwise, beat their ass.

The teacher does NOTHING. She only tries to do something if I say what is happening. Other than that, "oops not my business".
The other classmates even SUPPORT what is happening. Sometimes, at least.
