Literary Analysis of Dorian Gray - itsurgrlcass - 01-14-2012 03:10 PM

I have a final in English and it is to write a thesis driven literary analysis essay about The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. I have to analyze the tone, diction, and syntax of the novel. Anyone wanna help me come up with a thesis? Thanks!

Dorian grey that was the painthing thing. Reflect on how even though someone is "pretty" on the outside they can still have an ugly inside. Or when you try to cheat death you end up with the worst deaths possible

It shows that, even if you'd get to cheat death, your life wouldn't necessarily better. It can always turn to the worst.
