Ok.
So.
I found out I have 2 cerdits.
In order to graduate senior year you need 20+, so I'm a freshman after their first quarter.
And I threw away all my paperwork from the school cause I figure, Hey, everyone else has their credit, so I should to.
But no, I don't.
And then I tell my teacher about it and she says I got those 2 credits my first year at PLI.
GREAT the year I TRIED to do things I get 1/4 of the already cut in 1/2 credit.
And the year I took street law and went to that class EVERYDAY to get a credit, I got NOTHING!
It's BULL SHIT!
then Theresa blames it cause I had "a teacher new to the program" even though everyone else who was in his advisory got credit.
Then Dave tells me "You're smart, you can make that up easily."
I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO! IT'S 2 YEAR'S WORTH OF WORK I ALREADY DID!
So now I'm just like "Fuck this shit, I'm not gonna do anything unless I want to and I'll do it my way."
So I sit there and talk with my friends and read books.
Theresa even yelled at me saying I should stop hanging out with people who, "clearly, have no interest in doing work. (Nick, my best friend)"
Then Nick doesn't get in trouble, he just gets ignored when he talks to Jake.
What do I get?
I get yelled at cause they "know I can do better(dave/theresa)" and they "want me to graduate (theresa)" and even because "I'mma bitch. (Nancy)"
Fuckin' A. You want me to pass and yet you failed me when I did the work your way!?
Why the fuck can't they just leave me alone like everyone else I hang out with?
AND they should give me my fuckin' credit too.
Theresa told me "school's like a job"... "you get paid in credit"
Lmfao. If I didn't get a check from my work I'd not go. I wouldn't quit, I'd just stop going.

That's fucking bullshit, sorry to hear that. I hate how they tell us to work, then we do work, and it doesn't count. In order to do good, you have to pay attention to everything said everyday, do all the work everyday, stay after school for extra help, and top of all that smile at the teacher.
I'm sorry, I can't do that. Not 5 days a week, seven hours straight every day.

In all seriousness, that's completely ridiculous. It's so utterly like the schooling system that I can't bring myself to fully comprehend it. All this nonsense about getting paid in credit (which is not exchangable for the US dollar?!) and not even getting the credit you're due and calling it your payment. The payment you're not getting? And so, compulsory education continues to shock and amaze.
(I would sue them. Seriously. If credit is your payment, and you're not being given it, that's just slave labor, which is unconstitutional and therefore persecutable by law.)
(Well, it should be, anyway.)

I hate when they pull that you get paid in education card from out of their asses (I told a teacher that before)
They try to justify the way they treat us, the way they dog us on the work and the way we have to suffer at the hands of people we would in our right minds never associate ourselfs with.

I've tried to fight back and get credit.
all the teachers just gimme a blank look and say "idk what happened to it." and "I don't have any record of you or the work you did" (which is BS cause that teacher bugged me all year)
And AirMax... I've thought of doing that.
But I'd get in trouble with my mom (which I don't wanna do right now cause family problems stressing her enough)
and also my school doesn't have a principle.
it's dumb.
